These Terms govern your use of kingofbrakesmobile.com and services provided by Vianna Services LLC (“we”), operating as King of Brakes. By using our website, requesting an estimate, or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms.

Services & Estimates: We provide mobile automotive and golf cart maintenance/repair. Any estimate is a non-binding estimate based on the information you provide. Final scope and price are confirmed on-site before work begins. If additional issues are found, we will inform you and may provide a revised estimate before proceeding.

Scheduling: Appointments depend on availability and may change due to traffic, weather, parts, or safety. Please contact us to reschedule if needed.

Customer Responsibilities: You agree to provide safe access to the vehicle/equipment and a safe work area. We may decline service if conditions are unsafe.

Payments: Payment is due on the day of service, after the technician confirms the work and price, and before repairs begin, unless otherwise agreed. We may accept card and Zelle (availability may vary).

SMS Communications: If you opt in, you may receive SMS related to your service request (confirmations, reminders, updates, invoices). Message frequency may vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Marketing texts are only sent if you separately opt in.

Privacy: Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law: Florida law applies.
